This is a test course for testing Moodle functionality.

This unit is designed to equip you to become an active researcher in your own classroom, school, or beyond.

To do this you will apply current theories and practices regarding educational research and critically examine how these apply to education in general and to your own practices in particular.

You will design and conduct your own educational research project which was planned and designed in the preparation unit ED692 Educational Research Methods.

NB: For part-time students, ED693 Part A must be completed before enrolling in ED693 Part B.

You’ll explore real issues shaping Australian education, work collaboratively to analyse research, and lead professional discussions on AI’s opportunities and challenges. Through hands‑on tasks, you’ll design a workplace‑ready AI policy for your context and create practical tools and lessons that help students use AI safely, ethically, and effectively. Whether you work in early years, primary, secondary or tertiary settings, this unit equips you to make informed decisions, guide your community, and lead responsible, future‑focused innovation.
